Cancellation

Please note that all cancelled appointments and no-shows are not refundable. 

Rescheduling

We’d be happy to help you reschedule your appointment. You can easily do so by clicking the “Reschedule your appointment” button in your original confirmation email. Alternatively, feel free to contact us by email with your preferred date and time. Please note: appointments changed within 48 hours of the scheduled time are subject to a $50 rescheduling fee.
